How do I book a space

Click “Book Now” on our website, select your room and time, and make your payment online.
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation.

Can I cancel my booking

Because we keep our pricing very competitive, we are not able to offer cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed. This helps us maintain affordable rates for everyone.

Can I reschedule my booking

Normally, bookings cannot be changed once confirmed.
However, as a one-time courtesy, we may be able to reschedule your booking if you contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability of a new date and time provided by the host.

What are the access hours

  • Rooms are available during regular office hours only, as shown in your booking.
  • You may enter the room at the start time of your booking and must vacate it by 5 minutes before the end of your session, leaving the space in the same condition in which you found it.
  • Staying beyond this time will result in overtime charges.

What happens if I go over my booking time

  • First 10 minutes overtime: $20 charge
  • After that: $1 per minute
    We recommend ending sessions on time to avoid extra charges.

Are there rules about noise and conduct

Yes. To maintain a professional and therapeutic environment:

  • Keep voices and laughter to a reasonable level (under 65 dB).
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Can I bring my own furniture or equipment

  • Rooms are fully equipped and set up for therapy.
  • If you would like to bring something specific, such as a massage table, please give us a heads-up in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

What if the room I booked is unavailable

If a specific room is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative room. If the substitute is not suitable, you may request a full refund within 7 days.

Is my equipment insured

No. You are responsible for insuring your own equipment and belongings. The Therapy Hub does not provide coverage for personal items.

Do you provide referrals or networking

Yes. We believe in community and collaboration. Members benefit from:

  • Professional networking with peers
  • A referral network to help build your client base
  • Visibility within the local mental health community
